Rabdan Academy Organises the ‘First Open Day’ for Its Various Specialised Academic Programs

• The initiative comes in conjunction with the relaxation of the Covid-19 measures in Abu Dhabi to enhance direct communication and achieve the greatest possible benefit for the participants.

• The event witnessed a great turnout by hundreds of school students, university graduates, parents, representatives of national entities and other stakeholders who showed great interest in Rabdan Academy’s programs.

Abu Dhabi-16 November 2022: Rabdan Academy organised the “First Open Day” at its main campus in Abu Dhabi, to support students and those interested in finding the programs that suit them, which the Academy offers for the next academic semester 2023.

The event included different booths, each representing one of Rabdan Academy’s programs specialised in the safety, security, defence, emergency preparedness and crisis management domain, where the visitors met with representatives of the relevant programs who provided a detailed briefing including an overview of the program, its mission, objectives, credit hours and relevant admission requirements along with the strategic importance of each program.

The visitors were introduced to the latest technologies in the fields of virtual and augmented reality of the relevant programs, which included a crime scene training facility to inform them of the crime scene diploma, one of the important and approved disciplines in the academy, which contributes to graduating specialised experts as crime scene investigators.

The visitors had the opportunity to meet the academic program chairs and faculty members, the vast majority of whom are qualified at the global top 200 universities, in addition to meeting a group of the Academy’s global experts of the professional development programs in the safety, security, defence, emergency preparedness and crisis management domain, where they had friendly discussions, during which they learned about the great opportunities and promising future offered by this leading world-class edifice.

The Academy also presented to the visitors the potential career paths for graduates of each program and the great relevant future opportunities in the market in light of the 100% graduate employment rate that the Academy achieves according to the results of the Global QS Stars University Rating.
