Abu Dhabi – UAE, 14 May 2025: Rabdan Academy concluded its successful participation in the 8th edition of the National Service Career Fair, held under the patronage of the National Service and Reserve Authority. The Academy recorded strong engagement from national service recruits and graduates, who showed great interest in its interactive booth and specialized academic and vocational programs.
Visitors explored Rabdan Academy’s offerings designed to meet the strategic needs of critical national sectors, including safety, security, defence, emergency preparedness, and crisis management. The Academy’s presence reflected its continued commitment to empowering Emirati talent and supporting the UAE’s readiness and resilience goals.
As part of the fair’s activities, Dr. Mona Rashid Al Ali, Assistant Professor at Rabdan Academy, delivered an engaging session titled "Soft Skills and their Effect on Your Career." The session emphasized the importance of developing soft skills such as effective communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and leadership—skills vital to professional growth and long-term career success for national cadres.
