Code of Conduct

RA’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics applies to all Rabdan Academy’s employees at all levels and classifications of staff and faculty, including temporary, outsourced employees, deputies & secondees. RA’s Code of Conduct establishes our standards for integrity, fairness, and professionalism, ensuring that employees act in ways that reflect the RA’s values and fostering a positive, ethical work environment.

Conflict of Interest

All RA’s employees including Board of Trustee members are committed to act in the best interest of Rabdan Academy avoiding any situation which involves, may involve, or may be perceived as a potential conflict between their personal interests and Rabdan Academy’s. Any activity that may present a potential conflict of interest between their personal interests and those of Rabdan Academy are expected to be reported on time.

RA strives to create an appropriate, safe and enabling work environment where employees feel confident and safe to report any situation that may involve or lead to a violation of established RA policies. RA ensures that all employees have a safe and confidential way to report grievances, promotes transparency, and helps resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
