By 2025, Rabdan Academy will be recognised as a World Class Education, Training and Research provider in Safety, Security, Defence, Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management domain, promoting cooperation and coordination between relevant national institutions through the provision of like-minded, jointly qualified individuals capable of cooperatively addressing future national security challenges.

Provide world-leading higher education, training, research and advice to individuals and organisations in the safety, security, defense, emergency preparedness and crisis management domain, integrating and coordinating undergraduate and graduate level education and training opportunities in diverse delivery mode, so as to provide a multi-disciplinary, resilient, sustainable and coherent Whole-Government capability, ready to protect the nation, its people and its assets.
