Middle East and COVID-19 Lessons learned and the way forward

The Business Continuity Institute in the United Arab Emirates organized a webinar, during which it discussed the lessons learned from the pandemic and the features of business continuity management in the future.
The opening speech was delivered by Mr. Carlo Loveri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institute in the UAE, and the session was moderated by Mrs. Suzan AlGhanem, Vice President, in which Mr. Bill DelGrosso, Lecturer at Rabdan Academy in the UAE, Mr. David Bollaret from PwC in Saudi Arabia and Mr. Arnab K. Mukherjee from Vodafone Qatar and was attended by many managers and heads of business continuity departments in the region.
It should be noted that the lecturer, Bill DelGrosso CEM, CBCP is a strategist dedicated to creating resilient people, communities and companies. He has led various cross functional teams to establish, implement, and test risk-based emergency management, continuity, critical infrastructure, and strategic communications programs. His employers and clients have included high profile, high risk, public and private sector enterprises with complex, global operations. Currently, he is a lecturer at Rabdan Academy in Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Emergency and Business Continuity program teaching the next generation of continuity managers.
