About Us

Dr. Mouna Abou Assali is faculty at Rabdan Academy. She holds a (EdD) from the University of Exeter (UK). She has taught and produced a variety of English language courses, teacher education, communication and leadership skills, as well as self-development workshops. Teacher professional growth, emotions and positive psychology in teachers and students, educational leadership, and educational technology are some of her research interests. She has published several book chapters and articles in professional development and language teaching journals.
