Dr. Francis Gaudreault is a Professor at Zayed Military University--Rabdan Academy, an International Consultant, and an Associate Researcher at uOttawa’s Centre on Governance since 2014. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration (Public Management and Policy) from the University of Ottawa, specializing in Management/Governance and Political Economy of Development. Outside of academic research, Dr. Gaudreault is an international consultant and executive trainer in governance and management, particularly for high-level international managers and policymakers. As a consultant, he has worked, among others, with the World Bank, the UN, the Parliament of Canada, and the Supreme Council of Planning and Development of Kuwait.
