Dr. Carla Rudder is an Associate Professor of Mathematics. Prior to joining Rabdan Academy, she taught mathematics at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi, UAE, a community college in Florida, USA and a middle school at an international school in Singapore. Born in the United States, Dr. Rudder was educated at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, USA and graduated with a BS in Applied Mathematics. Prior to beginning her academic career, she completed her Masters and Doctorate in Mathematics Education from Florida State University. Dr. Rudder has conducted research in mathematical problem solving, developmental mathematics and international education.
