A serving Chief Inspector (of 18 years) with the UK Police with extensive operational and strategic experience across a number of policing areas – Serious and Organised Crime, Intelligence, Child Protection, Safeguarding, Sex Offender Management, Risk Management.

Prior to joining Rabdan, was working for the UK National Crime Agency and the UK Home Office in their International Development Teams (Senior Law Enforcement Advisor) leading on reform projects to develop law enforcement in a number of overseas locations including Kenya, Mexico and the British Overseas Territories.
