Ms. Fraser is an English instructor at Rabdan Academy. She has over 10 years of experience in curriculum design/development and classroom teaching, in both academic and corporate/government settings. Ms. Fraser has developed and taught courses in critical infrastructure protection policy for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in both its Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and National Protection Programs Directorate (NPPD) branches. Ms. Fraser hails from Salt Lake City, Utah, and is pleased to join the Rabdan team in Abu Dhabi.
