After achieving her postgraduate teaching diploma in Australia, Layla then went on to obtain a Masters of Education in English Language Teaching and continued to teach in international schools for nine years. Her current position is at Rabdan Academy as an Assistant Lecturer teaching English in the Foundation Program.
