Dr. Rex Bacarra is a highly accomplished educator, speaker, and writer with a Ph.D. degree in Philosophy. He has extensive teaching and administrative experiences at various academic institutions in both capacities as full-time and adjunct with the likes of Geneve Business School, York St. John Business School, University of the West of Scotland, Curtin University, San Beda University, and including serving as a former Dean of General Education at the American College of Dubai. Dr. Bacarra is an active member of his community and has received numerous local and international awards for his outstanding contributions, including being named one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the Gulf for five consecutive years. He is a sought-after speaker and regularly delivers talks on leadership and other topics to both local and international audiences. Dr. Bacarra is also a prolific writer and his works have been featured in various publications such as Khaleej Times, Gulf Today, and The Philippine Daily Inquirer. He is deeply committed to serving his community and leads projects to help distressed and abused workers, while also offering free seminars.
