For over 15 years of experience, Eias has been a researcher and lecturer in management sciences and has been doing higher educational consultancies for the last ten years.

Has taught undergrad and postgrad in management at many academic institutions in Syria and Australia. Has been conducting many empirical research and published in highly prestigious journals.
