Dr. Ghaleb Victorio Krame

Assistant Professor

Dr. Ghaleb Krame's career is marked by a unique blend of academic achievement and practical expertise in the fields of policing, crime, and security. His dual PhDs in Procedural Law and Forensic Science, and Politics, complement his dual roles as Undersecretary in Tamaulipas and Colima, two of Mexico's most violent and strategic states. At Rabdan Academy, UAE, he merges theoretical knowledge with real-world application, shaping future law enforcement and military personnel. His certifications in AI, ML, data analysis, and strategic management illustrate his dedication to leading-edge practices in security and crime prevention. This combination of academic rigor and hands-on experience positions him as a key figure in developing and implementing innovative strategies in the policing and security sectors.
