Summary of Initiative
Aligned with the overall mission of the UAE, the Ministry of Education launched the Advanced Skills Strategy during the Dec 2018 UAE Government’s 2nd Annual Meeting. The purpose is to prepare the citizens and residents to become life-long learners and to meet the needs of and achieve the goals of the Centennial Plan 2071.
Rabdan Academy wants to prepare their graduates to meet the vision of the UAE government and the Ministry of Education. To fulfill this mission, the Arabic Initiative was created. The program will consist of four levels, one level per year, using modern means and technologies through various learning platforms: classes, worksheet, workshop, and Moodle. The students will receive up to 15 volunteer hours per year completed.

Importance of the program
Arabic language Initiative is aligned with the UAE government’s mission to have a work force that is competent in the 21st Century Skills in Arabic. Students will have the ability to think Reading, writing, speaking. The skills learned will benefit their employers, as they will have critical thinking skills, the ability to understand, use and apply language skills in their work. Students will enter the work force with skills to tackle new problems in a logical and decisive manner.
and out of Rabdan Academy’s keenness on the distinguished academic level of its students and on the basis of the strategic map of Rabdan Academy and its mission that revolves around creating an educational environment capable of qualifying individuals and developing their skills to cope with challenges and working on continuous professional development, which is necessary to achieve success in work in government institutions In this regard, Rabdan Academy presents the Arabic Language Innovation Incubator initiative to enable individuals to write functionally and speak the official Arabic language proficiently, which will start in September 2021.

- Presenting prizes to the distinguished participants.
- Students get 15 hours of social service for each level.
- Publishing the student’s product internally or externally, whether in printed magazines, on the Internet, or in cultural associations.
- Enhancing the skills of writing and speaking in the official Arabic language for graduates, such as the functional use of writing reports and delivering speeches.
