باحث أول - أستاذ مساعد

أستاذ مساعد ومنسق أبحاث ببرنامج الأمن الداخلي بأكاديمية ربدان، أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. عمل كزميل أبحاث بكلية أس راجاراتنام للدراسات الدولية بجامعة نانيانج للتكنولوجيا بسنغافورة. وهو حاصل على الدكتوراه من جامعة نيو سوث ويلز، استراليا. وهو مؤلف كتاب "القدرات الدفاعية للدول الصغيرة": استجابة سنغافورة وتايوان لليأس الاستراتيجي (لندن: بالجريف، 2016).

ويركز على أبحاث التحديث العسكري، وقضايا الأمن في جنوب شرق وشرق آسيا، والسكك الحديدية والعلاقات الدولية. ونشر العديد من المقالات، والتعليقات، ومقالات الرأي بالمنصات المختلفة ومنها: الدراسة الاستقصائية الآسيوية، وجنوب شرق آسيا، واستعراض منطقة المحيط الهادئ، ودراسات الدفاع، واستعراض كلية الحرب البحرية، ومنتدى شرق آسيا.
