تعمل د. ليلى المشجري أستاذاً مساعداً بأكاديمية ربدان. وهي حاصلة على درجة الدكتوراه في الشريعة فيما يتعلق بالجرائم الاقتصادية عبر الإنترنت وفقاً للشريعة والقانون الجنائي الاماراتي.
ولدى د. ليلى خبرة تدريسية تمتد لما يصل إلى 15 عاماً حيث قامت بتدريس الفقه والأحوال الشخصية فيما يتعلق بالمواريث وفقاً لقانون الأحوال الشخصية الإماراتي.
• درجة الدكتوراه في الفقه وأصوله (الجرائم الاقتصادية عبر شبكة المعلومات العالمية - دراسة فقهية مقارنة بالقانون الجنائي الإماراتي)، كلية الدراسات الإسلامية والعربية 2011.
• درجة الماجستير في الشريعة (أحكام الأجر على الطاعات والمعاصي – دراسة فقهية مقارنة)، كلية الدراسات الإسلامية والعربية 2005.
• درجة البكالوريوس في الشريعة، جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود 2000.
