د. أرسين ساباروف أستاذ مساعد في أكاديمية ربدان، تلقى تعليمه في الجامعة الأوروبية المركزية (جامعة أوروبا الوسطى) في بودابست وحصل على درجة الدكتوراه في العلاقات الدولية من كلية لندن للاقتصاد (LSE). كان زميلاً فيما بعد الدكتوراه في المركز الوطني الفرنسي للبحث العلمي CNRS، فرنسا وفي جامعة ميتشيجان، آن أربور، حيث قام بتدريس التاريخ الروسي والقوقازي لمدة أربع سنوات نشر خلالها موضوعات تتنوع ما بين الصراع والحكم الذاتي في القوقاز: الاتحاد السوفيتي وصنع أبخازيا وأوسيتيا الجنوبية وناجورنو كاراباخ (Routledge 2015).
وبعد التدريس في جامعة ميتشيجان، آن أربور، حصل على منصب أستاذ مساعد في قسم العلاقات الدولية في جامعة الشارقة، الإمارات العربية المتحدة في عام 2016. ومنذ عام 2020، انضم الدكتور ساباروف إلى برنامج الأمن الوطني في أكاديمية ربدان، أبو ظبي.
