Frank DelGrosso CEM, CBCP is a strategist dedicated to creating resilient people, communities and companies. I have led various cross functional teams that create robust relationships to establish, implement, and test risk based emergency management, continuity, risk management, critical infrastructure, and strategic communications programs. My employers and clients have included high profile, high risk, public and private sector enterprises with complex, global operations.

  • 25+ years in emergency and continuity management globally
  • Local and Federal level emergency management responder to natural, human made, and technological incidents
  • He has developed training, testing, and exercise programs validating emergency and continuity programs for public and private sector organizations
  • He is a masters educated emergency manager and holds the following professional certifications:
    • Certified Emergency Manager- International Association of Emergency Managers
    • Certified Business Continuity Practitioner (CBCP) from the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII)

Mr. DelGrosso is an instructor in both Integrated Emergency Management (IEM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).  He has educated both baccalaureate and vocational students in critical infrastructure protection, BCM in the UAE, design of emergency control centers, creation of BCM Programs, and organizational risk management.
