Business Impact Analysis

Program Overview:

This course allows attendees to gain a detailed understanding of the process of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) as the key element of organizational Risk Management (RM). The course will introduce attendees to the main purpose of conducting BIA. It will explore the technique and rationale used in its applying the BIA in business settings. Trainees will be introduced to the conceptual framework of conducting BIA in their organizations.
